Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aqueria account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are gently used or unopened to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
